戴和冰，1964年生。日本语言文学学士、文献学硕士、戏剧戏曲学博士，从事戏曲声腔、传统音乐研究，曾任中国艺术研究院科研处副处长、院办副主任、《戏曲研究》常务副主编，出版专著《清代北京高腔名实关系研究》，在《文艺研究》《音乐研究》《戏曲艺术》《文化艺术研究》等刊物发表论文20余万字，性论文有《明代弋阳腔“错用乡语”及其官语化》《对魏良辅〈南词引正〉所涉剧唱问题的再探讨》《论海盐腔“高”、“低”兼容的声腔属性》等。
